HOW TO ENERGIZE AND ACTIVATE THE BRAIN WITH "SUPER BRAIN" YOGA!
"Super brain" yoga!
Have you heard of it? The concept, similar to acupressure, is that by apply pressure to certain points on your head you can energize your brain and regain focus. Hey, it wouldn't hurt to try, right?

There are multiple factors that may affect the results of the practice of Superbrain Yoga. For example:
  • Facing the correct direction
  • Positioning the arms properly
  • Positioning the fingers properly

Some important precautions to be followed are:
1. Make sure to wear loose garments and be dressed comfortably while performing the exercise.
2. Women are not advised to do the exercise during periods, as it is believed that "contaminated energy" residing on lower body may go up. Pregnant women are advised to consult their physician before attempting to perform this exercise on a daily basis.
3. The best time to do this exercise is in early morning or later in the evening.
4. Better effect will be obtained when this is done on empty stomach.
5. Make sure the exercise is performed slowly for better results.




Follow these steps:
1. Remove any jewelry. Stand.
2. Hold right earlobe with left thumb and left index finger. Place thumb on outside (front of the ear); index finger on inside (back of the ear).



3. Hold left earlobe with right thumb and right index finger. Place thumb on outside (front of the ear); index finger on inside (back of the ear). Make sure right arm is crossed on top of left arm.
4. Continue to hold earlobes; press tongue to the roof of mouth.
5. Inhale through nose and slowly lower into a squatting position.
6. Continue to hold earlobes as you exhale through mouth as you rise back up to standing.
7. Repeat.
